The first appointment will take one and a half hours (one hour for children), during which a detailed medical history will be taken, as well as information regarding your family history and, of course, your diet.

At the consultation you will also be given a collection of information to take home containing recipes, advice on detoxification and general recommendations for health.

Testing is available for allergies, digestive problems, parasites, thyroid function, adrenal fatigue etc.

Length of time between and frequency of appointments depends on the nature of the presenting condition. The aim is to get you well and healthy as quickly as we can so you go back to living your life to its fullest potential.
